Punching and Blanking

Depending on the number of electrical steel laminations required, there are two possible options:

    • A) groove-groove punching

    • in this case, by means of swan-neck presses, a basic disc is blanked and then punched on one of our 25 punching machines, obtaining a daily production ranging between 3,000 to 4,000 laminations;

B) step-by-step blanking
in this case, through the use of progressive dies positioned on 4-post presses, up to 100,000 finished laminations can be produced daily.

The Presses

We have 4-post presses for progressive dies from 800 to 2,500 kN and 25 punches from 40 to 100 kN, both manual and automatic, with a mechanical and electronic division.

Up to 200,000 laminations are produced per day, from the simplest to the most elaborate.
